In Northwest Coast Indigenous art, the bee symbolizes community, cooperation, and transformation. Though not as common as figures like Raven or Eagle, it represents the strength found in working together and the harmony between people and the natural world. The bee’s work in collecting food from the land shows how cooperation and care for the environment support everyone’s well-being.

This limited edition silk screen print titled “Bee” by Trevor Husband was hand produced by the screen-printing process. It is the only limited-edition printing of this design. The artist has inspected and signed each copy in the edition. The printer has destroyed all trial copies and obliterated the printing stencils.
